For all weddings and large group appointments I require a £30 deposit via bank transfer to hold the date in my diary.

All trials for wedding hair need to be  paid for on the day and the final balance, minus deposit, to be paid on or before the wedding day.

Please note deposits are non-refundable if any one person that is booked cancels 

Travel Costs

Travel is charged at 50p per mile for long distances from NE15 postcode.

Any parking and toll fees will be paid for by the client.

Unsociable hours

An additional charge will incur for any service that begins before 7am this includes travel time

An additional charge will incur for any service carried out on a Sunday

ILLNESS, INCIDENT OR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

In the unlikely event I am unable to get to your wedding day I will, to the best of my ability, find another wedding hairdresser to replace me.
If this would be the case then all monies paid to me would be refunded.
